Provided my debit card as a guarantor of payment. I used their website at sign up for my ex girlfriend to have a membership. Eric is the only one that seems to care up here.Crooks end of story And I can’t even cancel that account because that account is an even under my name legally and they don’t have the card under the person’s account has the same name they are charging my Credit card for somebody else’s account.Also, the only reviews responded to are the ones that are 5 eat customer service. To top it off none of the managers have assisted or called me back in regards to this and are dodging my calls. I have to get my lawyer involved and pay for them to reimburse me the money that they shouldn’t even have been charging me. They even went as far as telling me there has been zero activity on that Member ID and still will not cancel that account and then continue to charge me after they know the issue. I have been paying them on my account since 2015 on automatic payments and it’s never been late and they are telling me that they cannot remove the other account or refund me and have had a month to fix the issue and still have not. They have billed me for over $400 and they will not remove my card from an account without replacing it with another card that is an even my name on the account. Can you imagine during a busy time.ĭO NOT OVERLOOK REVIEWI have been charged on an account since 2018 on a Deactivated account. I love the gym, i like that it opened, and i was there during a time when not many were there. With businesses opening up like this, and taking a lackluster approach to make a buck. This location might have opened to soon, things are not being done to protect its members. No announcements, were ever made to make members aware, to wipe down machines. Members on treadmills, also never wiped down their machines. Just on the stair master alone, all four members did not clean those machines. What the concern is, over a dozen members were allowed in without gloves. That is not the case, the staff like the video presentation presented committed to doing their tasks. I was expecting the members to be held to a higher standard, due to this pandemic. I was one of the first people to visit this location, for its opening after the Covid19 shutdown. I recommend coming to this one to give them some advice on how to straighten this place up.Hoping that sending an email will help since phoning in obviously does not.For now though, if anyone is considering joining this gym. If for some reason youre a member at this gym and you see the parking lot full, just turn around and go home - or find another gym.Fitness connection if there is an auditor within your company who goes to different branches to do quality control. Note this is even the case when there is not much of a crowd, and dont even try getting a good workout in at peak hours. I highly recommend avoiding this headache of a gym because they fail when it matters most.In terms of working out at the gym if youre a free-weights user good luck going scavenger hunting for weights because they are NEVER in the right place. Have been on hold for over 1 hour, and it does not seem like anybody will be coming to answer my call. I no longer can physically go to the gym due to my location, so my only option is to call customer service. So this review is highly indicative of how I actually view this branch.Reception employees are kind, however when it comes to the customer service and responsiveness, they are second to none in terms of the worst. The gym does its job by providing equipment and they did set up cleaning stations for COVID.I am the type of person who does not cause issues and keep to myself when I am working out.
